Why should you do a nutritional detox for EMF?
Understanding ROS: Reactive Oxygen Species
When EMFs penetrate a cell’s nucleus, they can bypass the cell’s defense mechanisms completely by generating what are called reactive oxygen species (ROS). EMFs can cause an overproduction of ROS.
And while ROS are not always bad, they become toxic when unregulated due to excess free radical production.
You know the secret supporter of free radicals? Stress. You can get everything right, and stress will get you … and you know the invisible stressor? EMF.
Oxidative stress can lead to a myriad of chronic illnesses - and an endless list of health hurdles (aka symptoms) that just ruin your energy and joy.
Nutrition can play a key role in bringing you back on an even keel by boosting your antioxidant capacity and thereby repairing the damage done by EMFs and other toxins.

For example, cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage, contain nutrients that inhibit certain types of cancers, are high in antioxidant compounds and have anti-radiation properties.

P.S. Your first line of defense from EMFs should ALWAYS be avoidance and measurable mitigation. My recommendation is to use tools like this video detox as an adjunct to conventional EMF protection.
