I’m sure you’ve heard me talk about infrared saunas a time or two before… I still have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! Not to sound repetitive, but I do LOVE SAUNAS! There is something very calming and purifying about taking a sauna, and infrared sauna take this purification/detox to the next level. If you want to detox effectively in the minimum time, an infrared sauna is the way to go. Because near-infrared light is the deepest-penetrating of all wavelengths, it heats the body up really fast. So you sweat faster, and get maximum benefits in minimum time.
