When I was first struck by EMF sensitivity, I thought my life would never be the same. Nearly two decades later, I consider it a gift.
Because that health hurdle led me onto a journey of healing and spirituality many years ahead of so many thousands (if not millions) of others, who would need a roadmap to navigate EMFs.
One of the more subtle, long-term complications of EMF exposure is oxidative stress. This occurs when there is an imbalance of free radicals in the body compared to antioxidants.
Other complications of EMF exposure include an opening of calcium channels (VGCCs) in your cells*. This in turn causes an increased use of magnesium (which is already depleted through leakage), calcium and zinc, leading to depleted levels of these crucial nutrients over time.*
There’s no doubt that complications of EMF exposure include cellular damage… and damaged cells can allow calcium in and magnesium out.
This depletion of magnesium can lead to fatigue and many neurological symptoms.
Let me share some of the science on magnesium and EMFs.
Dr Martin Pall discovered that giving people calcium blockers (prescription drugs to block the calcium channels) EMF damage was radically reduced.
But research also shows magnesium acts like a natural calcium channel blocker. Unlike pharmaceutical drugs, magnesium is inexpensive and almost totally free of side effects.
The problem: One problem with most forms of magnesium is it’s bio-availability…. Your body simply can’t absorb it. And, if you take too much oral magnesium you will simply eliminate it by having loose stools.
But - supplementing magnesium through your skin - via a spray - is a powerful (and easy) solution.
Orally ingested magnesium is broken down by your kidneys, removing much of its healing elements. Only a small bit is actually absorbed, making it much less effective.
