When my own sensitivity to EMFs blew up, chronic pain was a big part of it - from searing headaches to full body pain, the reaction seemed to take on a life of its own.
Remember: if you are in any type of pain, first and foremost reduce your EMF exposure (practice safe cell phone use, switch off your WiFi at night, consider switching off your bedroom power at night) to reduce your overall EMF body burden and help your body deal with whatever is causing the pain.
Becoming pain-free means making intentional choices that guide you to wellness.
And breathing is a powerful tool for dealing with chronic pain.
