How much time do I have to invest in this program?
As a minimum I advise you watch or listen to each of the 6 expert presentations. Each one lasts 45 minutes to one hour. I recommend doing one per day. Then there are the 3 eGuides which you can read at any time. Beyond that, it really depends what your objectives are, because each one of the expert presentations and eGuides will open up new avenues for you to explore. This is not designed to be the ‘most comprehensive
resource’ out there on emotional health and anxiety. The program is purposely concise, but it is designed to help you shift the needle.
I am very sensitive to EMFs, will the program help me?
Man-made electromagnetic fields impact us at many levels, not least the mental and emotional level. So whilst this is not a dedicated EMF program if you are struggling with anxiety and the emotional impact of electromagnetic and other toxins, I created this program with you in mind.
I can’t spend time in front of my computer, how can I access the information?
You can download the resources on each module
page, so that’s audio (mp3s) and written transcripts (PDFs) format. You can listen to them in the car, in the shower, or while you are cooking. Or if you prefer downloading transcripts, you can go through the parts of the interviews you are the most interested in, and print them out if you want to read them on paper.
If I follow the program how soon can I expect to see results?
There are so many avenues to explore with this program, it’s difficult to say. I supply a workbook so that you can easily identify action points that resonate with. But
ultimately the progress you make depends on you, and where you are on your healing journey. If you are seeking deep transformation this will likely take some time, several months at the least. Rome wasn’t built in a day but they did have some great tools.
I noticed the program
includes a meditation, does that mean I have to spend hours trying to meditate?
There are actually 2 meditations included. These are purposely short (less than 10 minutes) guided meditations. You don’t need to be an experienced meditator to gain benefit from these meditations. A
lot of people have hang-ups about meditating, but I’ve seen people achieve amazing results in a very short time by doing daily short, guided meditations. The meditations I included here aren’t the core of the program, but I included them because they can be really powerful for some people.
