One of my personal heroes, Dr Bruce
Lipton, says ‘to change your life, you’ve got to change the program’ (or at least that’s the gist of what he says).
You see we spend 95% of our time living our life according to subconscious programming which we acquired, in large part, in the first seven years of our lives.
We’re basically running on auto-pilot.
Which is good in the sense that breathing, digestion
and other vital bodily functions are taken care of automatically.
But less good in the sense that this means, therefore, that whatever is going ‘wrong’ in your life is, almost certainly, due to this programming.
So how to change your subconscious programming to make it serve you?
Already, if you’re reading this, you’re way ahead of most people,
because you’re aware of ‘the problem’.
But what can you actually do about it?
There are lots of things. But arguably the most effective is working with frequency….sound.
