Remember “aging” means cellular degeneration and man-made EMF exposures are a fast-track for this, so don’t forget your EMF hygiene basics like:
- Use an ethernet cord instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi at night.
- Do your daily meditation, conscious breathing, and barefoot walking (earthing).
And prioritize QUALITY sleep every day. It is your most powerful (and free) health restorative. To facilitate that, avoid exposure to blue light from gadgets, ideally at least two hours before you go to bed.
Also, exposure to
magnetic fields (think electrical wiring in walls), especially at night time, can severely inhibit melatonin production. The body rejuvenates only with restorative sleep.
