When I talk about EMF-related illnesses, one of the most elusive is something called “Rapid Aging Syndrome”. It fuels memory loss, fatigue, and sleep disturbances, along with a long list of other symptoms - like skin conditions.. And it’s not just about aging.

When we go to sleep, however, we move into the anabolic state - where energy conservation, growth and REPAIR take place.
In this catabolic state, your levels of adrenaline and other energy-producing hormones are lowered and the body produces HGH (human growth hormone).
It’s worth noting and emphasizing that while it’s called human GROWTH hormone, HGH is also your HEALING hormone - it promotes repair and it is ONLY put into serious play by the body during deep sleep.
And yet according to a recent study, “Problems with falling asleep or daytime
sleepiness affect approximately 35 to 40% of the U.S. adult population annually and are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality.”
