One of the things I have never talked about much is the link between EMF exposures, GABA and sleep.

GABA is an important neurotransmitter. It's often called the 'calming neurotransmitter'. If you are low on GABA, this can cause irritability, anxiety and poor sleep. 

Research shows that man-made EMFs (RFs) can cause a reduction in cellular GABA levels in the brain*. Other research shows that EMFs deplete our vitamin B6 levels....which is required to produce GABA.
