Here are some tips for protecting your eyes from EMFs via your everyday gadgets, like smartphones and
laptops, which also emit blue light (which can also lead to issues such as eye strain, sleep disturbances, and even cataracts).
- Minimize Use & Maximize Distance: Turn off devices when not in use and keep them at a distance. Remember, the further you are from an EMF source, the less you'll be exposed.
- Use Speakerphone or Air-tube Headsets: When on calls, opt for loudspeaker mode or use air-tube headsets instead of placing your phone directly against your ear. VERY IMPORTANT this one.
- Invest in Blue Light Filter
Glasses: These glasses can significantly reduce the harmful effects of blue light from screens, protecting your eyes from damage.
