There are many plants and herbs that are surprisingly and incredibly effective against the damage done by EMFs.
And most are readily available (some might be in your kitchen right now).
For example, turmeric is known for its amazing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can also boost cellular (the kind in your body, not your pocket) resistance to EMF exposure.
Bee propolis is another example. Propolis contains something called caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE). CAPE has been shown to protect specifically against oxidative stress caused by EMF exposure.
There are a ton more (it's surprising how much research has been done on this subject).
