HOW DO EMFS TRIGGER WEIGHT GAIN (and difficulty losing weight)?
If you’ve struggled with weight gain, it can absolutely be impacted by EMF exposure.
First, exactly how do EMFs trigger weight gain, and cause weight issues? We don't know exactly but your body’s cells are in part composed of microtubules, which help transport energy, information and facilitate detoxification - these pathways go into “danger mode” when bombarded with EMF radiation. (It’s a sort of “cellular lockdown” that inhibits cell functionality, such as metabolism.)
Obviously, you need your metabolism running at normal levels to distribute energy - and effectively burn the calories you consume through food. Without that, energy loss and weight gain can become a hurdle, and of course, compromise weight loss.
Secondly, to complicate this further, the toxins in your body are deposited into fat cells, in an attempt to protect us from further damage.
If that toxicity is not addressed, it can become very difficult for the body to allow weight loss. So, while many people believe in order to lose weight they must reduce nutrition, or engage in a torturous exercise routine - the correct approach is a deeper dive into supporting your body’s effort to stabilize mood and blood sugar, and support a deep dive on detoxification that does not trigger cravings and a mechanism in your body to “protect” body fat
(and thus “quarantine toxins” away from your vital organs, etc.)

One of the most difficult things about healing from trauma is how confusing and lost you can feel because there doesn’t seem to be a clear path. One academic review of more than two dozen studies on low-frequency EMFs suggests that these energy fields may cause various neurological and psychiatric problems in people.
